There are Hotels and Motels everywhere along Harbor Blvd, Katella, and all around, if you want to walk to Disneyland or one of the other attractions. Some people even buy Timeshares for a condo near Disneyland once a year. We've found a home in Lakewood that's 20 minutes away to be more luxurious than most timeshares.
